Their products are used within both hospital and clinic settings and by a range of key specialists including orthopaedics, pain management, and interventional radiology.
The Role
Based in Brisbane, this role covers Queensland, focusing primarily on Brisbane metro with some regional and interstate travel (Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, etc.).
This is a key commercial role focused on driving growth and therapy adoption within the interventional pain space. You'll be responsible for developing relationships across the referral network, supporting clinicians, and driving awareness and utilisation of a highly specialised therapy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, therapies, and clinical applications.
- Educate clinicians and support staff on therapy protocols, device operation, and patient management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and hospital departments.
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify opportunities and drive therapy adoption.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve territory goals and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, education sessions, and professional development events.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on account activity.
- Travel regularly across QLD for meetings, training, and customer engagement.
About You
- Strong medical device sales experience in one of the following areas: orthopaedics, neuromodulation, or interventional radiology.
- A clinical background would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Ability to travel across Queensland and occasionally interstate.
- Holds a valid driver's license and comfortable working in clinical environments, including operating rooms.
