Are you an organised, customer-focused professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced and supportive team? Daimler Trucks Perth is on the lookout for a Service Administrator to be the heartbeat of our Service Department.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You'll work alongside an experienced and collaborative team that takes pride in delivering best-in-class service to our valued customers.

This is a permanent, full-time position with family-friendly hours — 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries — over the phone, via email, and in person
  • Schedule service jobs and keep customers informed every step of the way
  • Provide support and coverage for Service Advisors when needed
  • Pre-pick parts for upcoming services and manage stock orders
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence
