People & Capability Partner

We're looking for a proactive People & Capability Partner to support our leaders and teams in driving employee engagement, talent development, and organisational capability. You will provide HR guidance, manage employee relations, and help shape a positive workplace culture.

About the role

As a People & Capability Partner, you will work closely with leaders and teams to shape and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR solutions.

• Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance reviews, and career development.

• Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

• Provide coaching and guidance on complex employee relations matters.

• Drive capability-building programs to enhance leadership and team performance.

• Analyse HR metrics to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

About You:

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or a similar strategic HR role.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practice HR processes.

• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.

• Ability to think strategically while delivering practical solutions.

• Passionate about people development and creating a positive workplace culture.
