What you'll do

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive people strategies and leadership effectiveness
  • Champion programs in performance, recognition, diversity, and employee experience
  • Provide expert advice on ER matters, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
  • Support remuneration reviews and development planning
  • Be a trusted advisor who helps leaders grow and teams thrive
