We are in the process of growing our team in Victoria and are looking for a driven, sales-focused, energetic salesperson to join our team offering customers huge energy savings. The Energy Efficiency Industry is exploding. Customer interest in saving money is at an all-time high and sales conversion rates are climbing week on week.

You will be responsible for:

  • Setting realistic goals, financial comparisons and overcoming objections
  • Engaging owners through outbound telephone sales, quoting and sizing systems (solar, batteries and heat pumps), and closing the sale
  • Maintaining and updating CRM

The right person:

  • Strong interest in helping people
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate concepts to the layperson over the phone and in person if required
  • Ability to keep track of customers in a CRM system
  • Interest in renewable energy
  • A positive, upbeat attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take coaching
  • Ability to think creatively about ways to improve the customer experience
  • Have a professional manner with strong relationship building skills
