**About our Opportunity**

As the State Sales Manager of our Victorian Showerscreen division, you will manage, influence, and lead the sales function with a view to developing and executing the sales strategy that will deliver on our business objectives and customer expectations. Based out of our Rowville supersite, the role will be a mixer of on road visiting our 4 showrooms across metro and regional Victoria, you’ll work as part of the senior leadership team to plan and control the sales plan, resources and activities in order to achieve revenue, profit and value driven growth targets for the showerscreen division.

You'll provide support, development and coaching to on-road sales representatives and showroom sales team members by building constructive relationships across the team to cultivate a climate in which your Sales team will optimize sales outcomes and meet sales objectives as well as drive the use of technology including SalesForce (CRM) and ICAT.

**About You**

Naturally a people person excited by coaching and growing a team of self-reliant sales team, your strength will be in your ability to bring energy, resilience and enthusiasm along with a practical and consultative hands-on approach to sales management. A highly motivated, results orientated leader with an bold approach to seeking new business, you'll thrive in the rapidly changing manufacturing environment.

You will have:

- experience developing, coaching & managing a diverse (varying skill levels) and geographically spread-out sales team
- passion for encouraging effective use of technology and systems
- proficient experience with technology and CRM ERP's, Salesforce (preferred)
- strong business acumen
- ability to produce accurate reporting and analysis
- experience in Sales within the building and construction industry
- a current unrestricted driver’s license
