The Opportunity

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of trade and building customers across the South West. You'll be the key contact for your accounts — strengthening existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support from order to delivery.

This role suits someone who enjoys getting out on-site, understanding customer needs, and taking ownership of their territory's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Busselton and the South West
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with builders, project managers, and trade professionals
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product use within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and exceptional service
  • Provide accurate quotes, follow up on enquiries, and manage customer expectations
  • Monitor market activity and competitor trends in your region

About You

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service — ideally within building materials or construction supply
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Commercially minded with a focus on service, retention, and profitability
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Confident using CRM systems and managing customer data
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
