About the Role

In this Full Time Account Manager role at I-MED Radiology Network, you will focus on driving sales revenue growth and expanding our market share by fostering strong relationships with current and future referrers. You will be responsible for promoting the value of our services, managing territory-specific sales plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will feed valuable market intelligence back to the business to inform future strategies and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.

The region covered will include Buderim, Caboolture, North Lakes and Gympie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth and Revenue: Develop and enhance relationships with referrers to meet and exceed regional revenue and procedure targets. Prioritize outreach efforts based on referral potential and ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager (S&MM) to create and execute sales strategies, addressing local opportunities and overcoming competition. Regularly review and update territory plans to ensure ongoing success.

  • Foster Lasting Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, allied health professionals, and key external partners. Act as an ambassador for I-MED Network to increase referral volumes and maintain high-quality engagements.

  • Communicate Effectively: Facilitate open two-way communication between internal teams, including Radiologists and clinic staff, to ensure service improvements and optimize customer engagement.

  • Manage Territory and Referrers: Utilize Salesforce to manage and monitor referrer data, track activity effectiveness, and optimize customer outreach. Regularly report sales and procedure performance, identifying growth opportunities within your territory.

  • Stay Informed on Clinics and Competitors: Maintain a thorough understanding of clinic services and pricing to effectively address referrer needs. Actively seek and provide competitor intelligence to help inform business and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate and Support Teamwork: Work closely with clinic leadership teams, Regional Managers, and other Account Managers to ensure a positive work environment and high-quality service delivery.

  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and enhance your skills in sales and healthcare services.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings: collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including referring clinicians, to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management.

Key requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven success in a sales role, ideally in the healthcare sector

  • While prior knowledge of radiology services is desirable, it is not essential. The ability to quickly grasp and learn technical information is highly beneficial.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • A current Australian Driver's License and reliable car
