This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving and expanding retail fashion start-up located in Sydney. The business has achieved significant growth and is now seeking to enhance its team by recruiting a Marketing Manager. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for marketing and a strong creative vision. This role will involve the successful candidate working within a small, highly motivated team to contribute to the next phase of the company's development.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate & execute marketing strategies across all channels to ensure consistent visual brand identity & messaging
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour & competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Brief creative on marketing material needed for marketing campaigns
Curate content from selected media and manage all social media organic posts (images, videos, written) across Instagram, Tiktok & Pinterest
Create variety of video content, particularly, behind-the-scenes and vlog style tiktok videos to engage community and maximise channel potential
Consistently engage and interact with community via social media channels
Collaborate with Meta and Pinterest account managers to develop and execute paid advertising strategy
Create, schedule & manage paid advertising campaigns
- Maximise return on investment by closely monitoring paid advertising performance and optimise strategies/budgets
- Create, schedule & manage email/sms marketing campaigns through Klaviyo
- Monitor email/sms campaign performance and optimise strategy
- Publish weekly and monthly performance reports and provide recommendations & optimisations to improve profitability and maximise ROI
- Assist creative director to develop and organise campaigns for new collections & promotions
- Assist creative director on shoot days ensuring all marketing material is captured
- Manage communication across multiple teams, ensuring strategies are effectively conveyed and executed cohesively across departments and in a timely fashion.
- Continuously updating, adjusting and reviewing strategy rollout and making improvements where possible.
- Create, manage & execute marketing strategies for PR & influencer partnerships
- Assist in proposing and managing budgets for marketing activities, ensuring cost efficiency and aligning these with key activities.
- Monitor channels for engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions
- Maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and retail moments that is aligned with our Australian team.
Requirements
- The ability to work full time in our Northern Beaches office
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of ecommerce and marketing channels including Shopify, Meta, Pinterest, Klaviyo, Tiktok, Google
- Strong creative aesthetic that aligns with the brands visual identity
- Passionate about the fashion retail industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive can-do personality that thrives within a small team environment
- Ability to stay motivated and take initiative in a fast-paced environment with tight dead-lines
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritise and meet deadlines
Comfortable in front of a camera and confident to represent the brand via tiktok channel
