Role Description
Leverage Technologies is looking for a hands-on and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across digital, events, and partner-driven campaigns. This role is central to driving business growth, generating leads, and building brand awareness across multiple channels.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the marketing team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that make an impact.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including website, social media, email (EDMs), paid advertising, and SEO initiatives.
- Plan, manage, and execute events, webinars, and other marketing programs to generate leads and build engagement.
- Produce content marketing assets such as case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, and landing pages.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to leverage co-marketing opportunities and lead generation.
- Drive the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns, analyze results, and report on ROI.
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day execution while ensuring high-quality delivery of campaigns and materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and marketing effectiveness.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in SaaS or technology marketing, with ERP experience highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and events management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop content such as case studies, eBooks, and campaign assets.
- Experience in vendor or partner marketing relationships is a plus.
- Hands-on, proactive, and capable of executing campaigns while contributing to strategy.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role in Sydney.
