What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, helping clients find frames that fit, function, and suit their style.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including stock management, order processing, and workflow efficiency.
  • Keep accurate customer records and manage optical orders with precision.
  • Provide expert optical guidance: interpret prescriptions, recommend lenses, and take accurate measurements and fittings.
  • Mentor and support team members, sharing your knowledge and helping the team grow.
  • Maintain high standards across all aspects of the store, from service to operational accuracy.

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience in optical dispensing, ideally with mentoring or team guidance.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Confident supporting operational processes, record keeping, and order management.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to help the team succeed.
