We’re looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser to join a friendly, purpose-driven team in Sydney. If you’re passionate about helping people see better and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this could be the perfect fit.

**What you'll do**
- Assist customers with frame and lens selection based on their needs
- Take accurate measurements and interpret prescriptions
- Make glasses in-store with training provided
- Maintain detailed and organised customer records
- Support day-to-day store operations
- Work closely with optometrists and fellow dispensers

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous optical dispensing experience
- Background in customer service or retail
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Friendly, team-oriented approach
- Comfortable learning new systems and working in a busy setting

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
