About the Role

We're looking for someone who is confident and friendly, with strong communication skills and a genuine love for helping people. Whether you're experienced or just starting out and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and engaging with patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Assisting patients in selecting frames and lens options to suit their needs and style
  • Providing tailored advice on lens features and benefits
  • Handling sales transactions and appointment bookings
  • Keeping the space clean, tidy, and welcoming

  • Have a background in customer service (optical or retail experience is a bonus)
  • Are approachable, adaptable, and keen to learn
  • Can communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of people
