**About the Role**:
We have a Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity available at our Sydney CBD location for an experienced Optical Assistant

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from Pre-Testing, Frame Styling and Dispensing glasses. You will have a compassionate approach with the ability to build strong rapport with our patients.

**Skills and Experience**:

- _O_ptical Experience_: Must have optics experience and/or a dispensing qualification
- _Customer Service_: A passion in providing an excellent customer journey as first point of contact. Previous experience in a fast-paced Retail/Customer service role is essential
- _Communication Skills_: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- _Teamwork_: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
- _Enthusiasm_: Ability to create meaningful connections and resilient in nature with a passion for continuous progression
