About the role

As Executive Assistant, you'll deliver high level managerial and administrative support to the Executive General Manager - Product and Services (EGM) and the broader Product and Services team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

This role requires a strong growth mindset, problem solving ability and a deep understanding of the operations and day-to-day demands of supporting an EGM to optimise performance and achieve business objectives.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Proactively manage calendars ensuring optimal time management.
  • Coordination of appointments, team meetings, catering and travel bookings.
  • Act as a liaison between the EGM and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism, efficiency and urgency as required.
  • Organise and prioritise tasks, projects and deadlines to maximise productivity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare day packs, reports, and presentations.
  • Utilise technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Anticipate the needs of the EGM and pro-actively address challenges or issues that may arise.

This role is available as a full-time, 5-month max term/secondment opportunity.
