We are seeking an experienced Senior Resource Geologist to lead and drive resource definition and estimation activities to JORC/NI standards. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a significant project from exploration to development.

This world-class greenfield copper/gold project entering a pivotal development phase. backed by a leading international mining group, this project is located in a geologically rich and underexplored region with tier-one potential.

You will be offered a 5-year contract to live in country and be based at their corporate head office in a major capital city.

The Role:

As the Senior Resource Geologist, you will play a critical role in:

  • Leading the geological modelling and resource estimation process
  • Supervising drilling, sampling, and QA/QC programs
  • Collaborating with exploration teams to guide infill and step-out programs
  • Delivering timely and accurate resource models to support PEA/PFS/DFS
  • Ensuring compliance with international reporting codes (JORC/NI
  • Mentoring junior geologists and contributing to technical excellence

About You:

You bring:

  • A degree in Geology or Geoscience (MSc preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in resource geology, with a strong background in copper/gold projects
  • Proficiency in geological modelling software (e.g. Leapfrog, Surpac, Datamine)
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and geostatistical analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in greenfield or early-stage projects
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work in remote international locations on a residential basis
