**About the role**

The **Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver**is a** Full-time**position, based at **Scoresby, VIC.** Reporting to the** Distribution Centre Manager,**you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.

**In this role, you will**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
- Follow safety, logistics, inventory, and regulatory policies.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including stock placement, receiving inbound deliveries, and loading/unloading of inbound and outbound orders, while ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
- Operate a forklift for the best part of the role - valid forklift licence and experience required
- Lift and move products as required (manual handling involved).
- Accurately complete documentation and ensure proper labelling and presentation of stock
- Perform data entry, respond to phone enquiries, and assist with online order processing when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse through regular general housekeeping tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with three shift options available: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

**About you**:

- Current forklift license with sufficient experience is essential.
- Computer literacy is desirable.
- Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
- Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
