About the role:

  • Learn how to confidently demonstrate and sell aftermarket products such as paint protection, window tinting, rustproofing, and extended warranties

  • Assist in preparing customer and delivery documentation with accuracy

  • Support Sales Consultants with outstanding customer service, including offering refreshments and ensuring a welcoming environment

  • Maintain consistent customer follow-up and retention practices

  • Understand and communicate the benefits of aftermarket products and the Motorama warranty process

About you:

  • A positive, professional attitude with a strong desire to grow

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is highly valued

  • A current, open C-class driver's licence

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
