We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Must have Australian bookkeeping experience in a practice environment
  • 2+ years in bookkeeping in a public practice setting.
  • 2+ years in Xero payroll
  • Solid knowledge in payroll, BAS, IAS, TPAR, payroll tax returns, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Xero expertise (experience with other cloud platforms is a bonus).
  • Strong reconciliation skills, end-to-end AP/AR experience, and a proactive approach to client relationships.

  • Manage accounts payable & receivable with precision.
  • Working onsite with our supportive team.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy every step of the way.
  • Oversee payroll & SGC compliance, month-end processes, and balance sheet analysis.
  • Take on IAS & BAS preparation and year-end processing—making a real difference to clients and our team.
