About the Role:

We are seeking NIGHT Personal Care Workers (previously known as Assistants in Nursing) to join our team on a permanent part-time basis or casual basis.

You will be based at our Oran Park home, located at 1 Thompson Road, Oran Park NSW 2570 and your hours of employment will be from 22:30PM to 06:30AM.

This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work schedules and looking to join a supportive team who place a great emphasis on mentoring and training.

Daily duties:

  • Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition
  • Contribute to care plans and documentation
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience in aged care desirable;
  • Ideally will have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing;
  • Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care; and
  • Has an interest in working with the elderly.
