Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for multiple Foster Care Case Workers to join our team based at Oaklands Park.

We're growing our services and looking for dynamic, values-driven individuals to contribute to our innovation and expansion. This role is an opportunity to make a tangible difference, shaping the future of services that empower clients to live their best lives. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of providing quality carers supports and advocacy to support and equip foster families to enable children and young people to thrive
  • Provide case work through assessment, training, support, placement and advocacy
  • Assist the placement co-ordinators with the process of matching and placement of children with approved foster carers as required

What You'll Need to Succeed

Essential Criteria

  • A degree level of qualification in Social Work and eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Knowledge and understanding of foster care services and the child protection system
  • High level interpersonal skills
