The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and strategic
Associate Director - Civil
to help lead our Gold Coast Civil Engineering team. This is a key leadership position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the division, growing our client base, and guiding the team to deliver outstanding engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of the Civil Engineering division through strategic business development and client partnerships across Queensland.
  • Help lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Civil team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
  • Provide expert technical leadership, ensuring the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new markets, growth opportunities, and align divisional goals with ADG's broader strategy.

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • Proven experience in successfully growing engineering divisions or practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach.
  • Extensive experience in delivering diverse civil engineering projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sector trends, innovations, and best practice.
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
