About the PositionAre you ready to take on a role where no two days are the same? As a Personal Assistant at John Holland, you'll be at the heart of our Infrastructure business unit, supporting multiple members of the Senior Leadership Team based in our Pyrmont office.
This is more than just a support role — you'll be a trusted partner, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities while contributing to the success of some of Australia's most iconic infrastructure projects. From managing busy schedules and coordinating high-level meetings to preparing reports and liaising with clients, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping everything running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities include:- Manage the day-to-day activities of the General Managers and provide ad hoc support to their teams
- Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices, and purchaser requisitions
- Oversee and coordinate Management diaries, which will include scheduling and calendar planning.
- Coordinate all aspects of internal and client meetings, preparing agendas, typing minutes, and distributing to the relevant stakeholders
- Provide Administrative support, such as preparation of correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports for current and potential customers
- Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the General Manager
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Communication with client representatives, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders as needed
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and busy environment
- A highly organised individual who can prioritise multiple conflicting deliverables
- An excellent people person with well-developed communication skills
- Able to treat sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite
