Customer Experience Consultant (Full-Time | Hybrid Work)

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll report directly to the Head of Customer Experience and play a key role in delivering seamless, end-to-end service for our customers — from their first enquiry to their post-rental follow-up. You'll join a supportive team that prides itself on being a one-stop shop for customer needs, where reliable and exceptional customer service drives everything we do.

Your primary responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with corporate, leisure & commercial customers.
  • Manage all aspects of a customer's Enterprise experience both online and over the phone.
  • Communicate with our suppliers providing accurate information regarding reservations, availability, and location information.
  • Liaise with locations and departments to follow up on customer feedback ensure a swift and accurate response
  • Meet specified time-frames and quality standards
  • Maintain documentation and records to high standards
  • General administration duties

About You

Our ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in customer service and/ or the claims handling process and will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills
  • Adaptive verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Genuine desire to help customers and resolve issues.
  • Organisation skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures and maintain documentation and records to high standards.
