In this role, you'll:

- Administer Citrix application delivery and maintain monitoring/alerting systems
- Contribute to the design, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies
About you

To succeed, you'll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in IT (or equivalent skills/experience) – mandatory
- Experience managing servers, storage, cloud, and backup/recovery in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Linux
- Familiarity with Citrix, SAN storage, Exchange/Office 365, and Group Policy
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. PowerShell) and ITIL practices
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity, ideally aligned with the Essential 8
- Certifications such as MCSA/MS365, Azure Fundamentals, VMware VCP, Nutanix, or ITIL Foundation (highly regarded)
