About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Packaging Line Operator to join our team at our winery in Tharbogang, NSW. Reporting to the Packaging Line Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the packaging process, operating and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards, all while contributing to the creation of our exceptional wines. This role requires availability for day shift operations only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate specialist packaging plant and equipment
  • Perform setup, changeover, and start-up of packaging machinery
  • Disassemble, clean, and assemble equipment, including sterilisation
  • Conduct pre and post-operational checks
  • Carry out general routine maintenance on packaging equipment

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possession of a Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • Understanding of packaging plant operations and components
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • Attention to detail in equipment maintenance and operation
  • Must have unrestricted work rights in order to be eligible
