Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lines Worker based in Gregadoo, NSW. The Lines Worker will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of power lines and related equipment. Daily tasks include inspecting and testing power lines, climbing poles, performing repairs, operating various equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires collaboration with other team members to ensure efficient operation and minimal disruption to services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of power lines
  • Ability to climb poles and work at heights safely
  • Proficiency in operating various equipment and tools used in power line maintenance and repair
  • Excellent understanding of safety standards and regulations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Possession of relevant certifications and licenses
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, relevant technical qualifications preferred
