**Role Overview**:
As a Business Analyst in the Roles and Segregation of Duties team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Sailpoint IIQ roles segregation of duty rules and policies. This role will expose you to a diverse range of scenarios, providing valuable insights and experience in cutting-edge User Access Management within a large organization. Collaborating with Business Analysts and Engineers both within and outside your team, you will contribute to streamlining the user access management lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist our client's groups in implementing Sailpoint IIQ roles segregation of duty rules and policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to understand their needs and gather requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to fellow team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Bring structure to ambiguous situations, using your excellent facilitation skills to drive successful outcomes.
- Demonstrate a willingness to contribute both to day-to-day operations (BAU) and transformational projects.
- Embrace a learning mindset, quickly grasping new concepts and navigating through ambiguity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 2- 3 experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the domain of Cybersecurity or User/Identity Access Management or a similar area.
- Desired experience with cyber security, access management, or similar roles, showcasing your understanding of critical security practices.
- Strong facilitation skills, able to bring clarity to complex situations and foster productive discussions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting and guiding colleagues to achieve collective goals.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, willing to take on new challenges and explore innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with Sailpoint IIQ or other access management tools is a plus.
