We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Enrolment Administrator (Early Childhood) to join our national team based in Parramatta. This pivotal role manages the full administrative and compliance process for enrolments, ensuring all family and child documentation meets national regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end enrolment documentation using CRM software
  • Verify all required documents – birth certificates, immunisation statements, CRNs, custody papers and medical information.
  • Ensure every enrolment meets the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Track waitlists, upcoming vacancies and confirmed enrolments to support occupancy planning.
  • Generate reports for management and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems and perform regular record reviews.
  • Support Centre Directors with enrolment queries, transitions and withdrawals.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, fee adjustment requests, and enrolment-related correspondence.
  • Contribute to updating templates, forms and checklists for process improvement.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Enrolment and Operations teams, including coordination of parent communication, Open Days and orientation events when required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in early childhood, education or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with childcare management systems (Explore, Xplor, Qikkids or Kinder8Mate).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident written and verbal communication.
  • Able to handle sensitive family and child data confidentially.
  • Collaborative, proactive and professional approach.
  • Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
