**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Planning and Management**:

- Collaborate with faculty and administration to develop, review, and update course curricula.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the integration of new educational technologies and teaching methodologies.

**Student Support**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for students regarding course enrolment, progression, and completion.
- Assist students in resolving academic and administrative issues.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment and promote student engagement.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Monitor and evaluate course performance, student feedback, and outcomes.
- Generate reports and analyses to assist in the ongoing improvement of courses and programs.

**Resource Management**:

- Manage course resources, including textbooks, software, and supplies.
- Coordinate room bookings, equipment, and other logístical elements for course delivery.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Engage in professional development and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Encourage and facilitate feedback from students and faculty to continuously improve courses.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in academic coordination, curriculum development, or a similar role within the VET sector (desirable).
- Demonstrated knowledge of and understanding of the VET Sector (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology platforms.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
