Global Sisters is seeking a passionate and capable person to join our Membership Services team.

Global Sisters is a not-for-profit empowering women entrepreneurs with resources, connections, and support to start and grow successful businesses.

We exist to make business possible and overcome barriers to economic participation and security, so that all women can own their economic future. Now in the 8th year of our operation, Global Sisters has supported over 8,600+ women to become financially resilient and stand tall as micro-business founders.

Our Membership Services team is the frontline of support for our Sisters — diverse, women-led micro businesses across Australia. This role is critical to delivering the tailored support and strong relationships that enable women experiencing barriers to economic participation to thrive in their business journeys.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Onboarding new Sisters into the Global Sisters community.
  • Provide regular 1:1 and group support, helping Sisters move forward in their business journeys.
  • Facilitate access to a suite of business education programs, coaching, and resources.
  • Identify needs and contribute to program improvements and new program designs.
  • Track Sister progress and maintain accurate data entry and records.
  • Communicate through tailored emails and posts within private Global Sisters community groups.
  • Participate in evaluations and impact assessments, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Business expertise — ideally with experience supporting micro-businesses.
  • Program delivery capability — both facilitating groups and providing 1:1 support.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills — a proactive, self-starting approach.
  • Collaboration skills — working closely across teams (business education, coaching, digital, marketing, impact).
  • Remote work effectiveness — comfort and discipline working independently.
  • Tech skills or tech confidence — ability to use (or learn) Hubspot, Slack, Zoom, and Google Suite.
