Due to high growth, we're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic, supportive & collaborative team in Murrarie, Brisbane.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll join the Digital team on full-time & permanent basis.
You'll develop & deliver exceptional marketing content – for our 3 core brands – that drives engagement, traffic & conversions across our e-commerce stores. You'll also collaborate closely with Product, Design & Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive messaging & branding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Develop & implement B2C / D2C content marketing strategies, including reports & insights
-
Create, edit, & optimize original content – or adapt from existing materials – across key channels:
↳ Meta, TikTok social content – you'll own this channel to drive brand recognition, engagement & store traffic
↳ Meta, Google digital ad content – you'll own this channel to provide creative support for our ad agency – so they can execute campaigns & drive conversions
↳ website content & email marketing (flows & campaigns) – in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager to nurture customer journey & drive conversions

Plan & coordinate content photo / video shoots, influencer marketing, user-generated content

Conduct keyword research & apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility & search engine rankings

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager & Web Dev on e-commerce operations & optimization, including supporting & troubleshooting website feature & content requests or issues
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
–– ESSENTIAL – You must possess these skills & experience
-
Develop & implement data-driven content strategies for multi-brands
-
Create attention-grabbing & engaging social & digital ad content for Meta, TikTok, including image carousels, reels, UGC, influencer content, etc.

Graphic design & video editing using Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar. We have the Design team to support complex jobs, but you're the main person to create content.

Apply SEO best practices for website content, including on-page, off-page & local SEO
–– DESIRABLE – Your application will be highly advantageous if you possess these.
If you don't have them, training can be provided.

Create email flows & email campaigns using Klaviyo, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign or similar

Manage website content, product pages for e-commerce stores using Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce or similar
