The role also requires a deep understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), online advertising, and content marketing.

Essential for the role of Digital Marketing Performance Lead, is a proven track record in successfully managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results, a passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies, and strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

**Your Impact**:
Enable and execute digital marketing plans and strategies
Conducting market research to identify industry trends and consumer insights
Utilise web analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance and ROI
Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure timely execution of campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enable integrated campaigns
Manage workflow based on stakeholder priorities
Understand the goals of the team and each team member’s role within it.
Regularly share expertise with team members to support continual learning and improvement.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Hold a Bachelor Qualification in Marketing or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing leadership role
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have advanced Google analytics knowledge and skills
