Perth, Western Australia Sharp & Carter Accounting Clerical Perth Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Join a supportive and values-driven organisation based in Osborne Park, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for a workforce of around 300 employees.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position offers the opportunity to take ownership of both weekly and fortnightly payrolls, using Employment Hero. You'll enjoy working in a close-knit team that values accuracy, accountability, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll for approx. 300 staff
  • Managing new starters, terminations, and employee changes
  • Ensuring compliance with awards, superannuation, and tax obligations
  • Processing leave requests, deductions, and payroll adjustments
  • Providing timely and professional responses to payroll queries

The Successful Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll (medium-sized workforce)
  • Strong working knowledge of Employment Hero (highly regarded)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
