You will act for sophisticated clients including leading ASX-listed entities, multinational companies and fund managers across a range of sectors son:

  • Corporate M&A: Advising on both public and private takeovers, schemes of arrangement, and business & share sales and acquisitions.
  • ECM: Working across initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary capital raisings.
  • Corporate Governance: Providing advice on ASX Listing Rules, the Corporations Act, and directors' duties

You will enjoy a balance of autonomy and collaboration, taking ownership of smaller matters while playing a key role as a team on larger, complex transactions.

This role is designed for those who learn by doing, offering hands-on experience across the entire corporate spectrum and mentorship from partners with diverse strategic approaches.

To be successful in this role, you will be an Associate or Senior Associate with:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' PAE in corporate transactions.
  • Experience gained within a national, top-tier, or international firm.
  • A strong academic record, with a GPA of 5.3 or above.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and excellent client-facing skills.
