Your new role
As the HSEQ Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, safety, environment, and quality systems across the business. You'll provide strategic guidance, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and foster a strong safety culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving WHS initiatives and risk management programs
- Overseeing audits and incident investigations
- Managing environmental compliance and sustainability objectives
- Leading training and engagement programs to promote best practice
This role is based in Mascot, offering a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on operational support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or similar qualification) - higher-level qualifications will be highly regarded
- Proven experience in managing HSEQ frameworks within complex operational environments
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead and influence a positive safety culture
