**Your new role awaits**

The **HSEQ Compliance & Contractor Partner** is a national role that exists to provide exceptional customer service to our employees, trusted suppliers, and contractor workers in regard to Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and compliance requirements.

Reporting to HSEQ Compliance and Project Manager you will be responsible for administration of Coates' Supplier & Contractor Management program, including; reactive & proactive contact and coaching to suppliers and contractor workers on pre-qualification, induction, safety and compliance requirements.

You’ll be provided with mentoring and guidance along your pathway toward a career in HSEQ, as well as opportunities to participate in projects and training programs that shape the way Coates operates.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a customer service or mobilisation type of background who has a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HSEQ.
- Superior customer service skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Familiar with WHS acts is beneficial
- Certification in Work Health & Safety is beneficial

Most importantly, we need someone who has the right attitude, motivation, and thirst for learning.
