We're growing fast—and we're looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to help take us to the next level.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base across NSW. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored security service solutions. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and a proven sales track record in a service-based business, preferably within the security or facilities management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors including commercial, construction, and retail.

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and service agreements.

  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and regularly update the CRM system.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management (security industry experience preferred).

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

  • Strong understanding of the NSW security services market and related compliance standards.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid NSW driver's license.

  • Relevant security industry qualifications or licenses (desirable but not essential).
