  • Lead, coach, and develop property service teams (reception and inventory administration), improving performance, customer satisfaction, and outcomes through enhanced systems and processes.
  • Provide support and advice to the Property Services Manager, EMECS, and MECS on property and operational matters, including change initiatives, facilities, BCP, and HSW activities.
  • Provide analytical and technical support to stakeholders like Procurement, Operations, and IT Services, ensuring concise reports for Government and TZV requirements, and serving as the primary contact for projects, change requests, and facility-related initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments, external stakeholders, ESO representatives, and contractors through strong communication skills.
  • Oversee contract management, including vendor meetings, SLA/KPI management, tender specification writing, performance management, and expenditure tracking, while liaising with building owners and resolving related incidents.
