Dynamic and service-driven Guest Experience Manager to lead and elevate the guest journey across all touchpoints across multiple accommodation venues.

This pivotal role ensures that every guest interaction from check-in to departure — reflects our brand values of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day hotel operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the reception and housekeeping teams to achieve service excellence.
  • Proactively manage guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with inter departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS, and STRA accommodation standards.

About You

  • Proficiency with RMS (advanced) is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in hotel operations or guest services management.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to problem-solve and think proactively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
