Guest Realty are seeking an experienced and motivated Accommodation and Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our expanding portfolio of luxury serviced apartments in and around Sydney. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills who is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Managing and maintaining positive relationships with both guests and property owners.
  • Handling guest enquiries, disputes, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating and supervising property maintenance, repairs, inspections, quotes, and invoicing.
  • Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Scheduling and overseeing the work of cleaners, tradespeople, and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal, health, and safety requirements.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven experience in accommodation or hospitality management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and manage guest relations with professionalism.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Competence in coordinating staff schedules and managing contractors.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in accommodation management.
