Junior Project Manager
Join our team as a Junior Project Manager and help deliver insurance reinstatement and commercial construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll focus on coordinating trades on-site to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring safe, quality, and timely work.
  • Attend site inspections and meetings, monitor progress, and escalate risks or delays.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers.
  • Enforce safety and quality compliance, including inductions, reporting, and audits.
  • Maintain registers (RFIs, drawings, variations, defects).
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and milestone updates in Procore/SharePoint.
  • Support purchase orders, subcontractor claims, and cost tracking.

About You

  • Trade qualified (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar) with 2–5 years' construction experience.
  • Experience in supervision, leading hand, or foreman role preferred.
  • Familiarity with insurance reinstatement or commercial projects a plus.
  • White Card and driver's licence required.
  • Confident communicator, organised, and proactive with a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Comfortable with MS Office and construction software (Procore experience desirable).
