Responsibilities

• Own and execute digital acquisition campaigns across Australia & New Zealand markets, with a focus on user acquisition
• Manage day-to-day operations of performance marketing channels including search, social, and app store advertising
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and overall brand strategy
• Develop testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
• Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and actionable insights
• Develop and manage geo-targeted campaigns to drive traffic to retail locations, using localized messaging and offers
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new platform features
• Test emerging digital channels and ad formats to discover new acquisition opportunities (we have a great test and learn philosophy)

Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management experience
• Demonstrated experience with paid social, paid search, and/or app campaigns
• U nderstanding of marketing analytics and attribution models
• Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads)
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Comfortable with exploring new platforms and adapting quickly to changing digital landscapes
• Strong understanding of mobile app marketing
