We are seeking a fixed term temporary full-time AO6 Senior System Support Analyst to join our team as first level escalation for the system support analysts within the TWA team. This role requires the ability to validate workflow approval path data and bulk processes ensuring data

workflows. Investigation, analytical and communication skills are required while working under tight timeframes and pressure.

Your key responsibilities:
- Assess logged issues and liaise with stakeholders to solve problems and recommend modifications to improve system effectiveness.
- Support the transition of enhancements and fixes from the release environment into the production environment (including testing) in a seamless manner by understanding the impact of changes to employee pay outcomes and providing heightened support.
- Contribute to the support and maintenance or the Queensland Health SAP HR Payroll and rostering solution in accordance with strict information system standards and documentation requirements.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities):
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills using SAP HR in Organisational Management, Payroll (preferably Australian-based system), HR to Fi/Co integration, Time Management, Personnel Administration, CATS and ESS/MSS (myHR).
- Experience in analysing and solving business issues that relate to the delivery of the pay production process and contributing to the formulation, documentation and implementation of work procedures and configuration guidelines that recognise system and business process integration points that are critical in payroll production.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Government.
