At Chadstone Toyota, we have a well-organised workshop that prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service. As a member of our professional, friendly, and customer-focused team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality service to our valued customers.

We are looking for a dedicated and mechanically skilled Trade Assistant to join our team as an Express Maintenance Technician. In this role, you'll report directly to the Workshop Manager and handle all general repairs and service work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing minor repairs, services, and maintenance of vehicles.
  • Assisting technicians with tasks in the workshop.
  • Providing the highest level of workmanship.
  • Learning on the job provides a valuable environment to develop skills.
  • Supporting other duties around the workshop as required.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Experience in a mechanical workshop and/or tyre shop environment is highly desirable.
  • A good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • An individual interested in building a long-term career.
  • A team player, eager to work with a highly professional dealership.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Possession of a current driver's licence is mandatory.
