Job DescriptionBecome a key driver of subscription revenue growth for Australia's most trusted publishing brands as our Digital Performance Executive. If you're a data-driven performance marketer ready to shape high-impact digital campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic, this is your opportunity to make a real mark on the future of independent journalism.
Day to day you will:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.
- Own the management and ongoing optimisation of paid media campaigns.
- Define and implement audience strategies to support commercial objectives.
- Conduct end-to-end management of digital performance campaigns.
- Setup, manage, and maintain performance dashboards and reporting.
- Manage the budget and all relevant financial reporting, including forecasting.
What you'll bring:
- Hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the digital customer journey, performance metrics, and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of online marketing tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Solid understanding of best practices across Paid Social and Google Ads.
- An analytical and data-driven mindset with an ability to create actionable strategic insights.
- Experience working directly with audio or programmatic providers such as Spotify, LiSTNR is highly desirable, as is experience across SA360, DV360.
- Experience or knowledge with CRM & marketing automation will be highly regarded.
