Are you an experienced bartender ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Senior Bartender with great beverage knowledge and a positive,can-do attitude, who is keen to step up with added responsibility.

In this role, you will lead the bar with a focus on seasonal cocktails and also support the floor manager and team to help run service and day to day operations, collaborating to ensure a seamless service and a high standard of customer care and attention.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the bar, showcasing excellent cocktail, wine, and beverage skills
  • Support the floor team during service to deliver smooth, attentive customer experiences.
  • Uphold service standards and assist with training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Work closely with management to drive efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute ideas to beverage lists and seasonal changes and maintain stock control

What we're looking for:

  • Strong bar experience, ideally 2+ years in a busy similar environment
  • Good beverage knowledge, from classic cocktails to wine and craft products.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for all things food and beverage
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
