About the Role

We're hiring 2 full-time Customer Care Agents to join our Homebush call centre team. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and help drive sales for residential clients. If you have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Convert inbound and outbound enquiries into bookings and long-term customers
  • Deliver expert advice and friendly service that builds trust and drives results
  • Meet and exceed daily sales targets with confidence and consistency
  • Log activities accurately in our CRM and track performance
  • Support admin tasks while keeping your focus on conversion
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, high-energy culture
  • Represent Flick with professionalism, integrity, and care

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Experience in call centre or sales roles preferred (not essential)
  • Confident communicator with strong persuasion and rapport-building skills
  • Quick learner who's tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and positive attitude
