We offer clever, economical and ecological storage solutions for urban people. We are now present in 36 cities, 4 countries and are continuously expanding to new locations. To help us grow our business in Australia, we are looking for an English-speaking **Sales & Customer Service Agent**.

**Your tasks**
- Conduct sales calls and close leads (no cold calling)
- Develop and qualify leads, resulting in high quality lead generation and conversion (both B2B and B2C)
- Build and maintain partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Independently solve customer service cases, schedule pick-up and return appointments with customers
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Support the daily logistics processes

- English native speaker / native level
- Very good communication skills
