Position Summary

To manage the Supply Network of the assigned area of business, by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also takes into account cost optimisation. Responsible for the effective management of stock allocation process, including proactively reviewing demand & supply simulations and executing customer behaviour analysis. To be the face of Nestlé for the customer, responsible for maximising service to customers across the NiM Market.
A Day in the Life
Reporting to the DSP Business Partner ANZ, key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customer Service
Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify out-of-stock risks and drive proactive actions.
- Collaborate with other functions to mitigate out-of-stock risks and escalate as needed.
- Participate in Demand & Supply Review Meetings to align on solutions for out-of-stock situations.
- Execute system parameter changes and assign exception codes for unconfirmed orders.
#### Order Fulfillment
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order fulfillment issues.
- Communicate mitigation actions to customers for risks such as out-of-stock and transportation issues.
- Provide visibility on order status and resolve transport issues within defined SLAs.
#### Billing
- Collaborate with the CoS Billing team to resolve customer-related billing issues.
- Work with internal stakeholders on billing resolutions as needed.
#### Returns and Refusals
- Act as the escalation contact for returns and refusals, analyzing reasons and proposing mitigation actions.
- Ensure compliance with return policies and coordinate the destruction of goods with logistics providers.
#### Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE)
- Monitor KPIs and participate in operational review meetings to improve order fulfillment processes.
#### Supply Planning
- Analyze supply plans and manage daily supply execution to meet customer needs.
- Adjust planning results based on exceptions and establish production requirements.
- Communicate supply issues and balance product availability with inventory costs.
- Conduct monthly reviews of shipping lead times and ensure accurate data in SAP.
What will make you successful
- Demonstrated operational experience in Demand & Supply Planning and Project Management in DSP.
- Several years of operational experience in Customer Solutions & Customer Facing Supply Chain, Physical Logistics, Procurement, Technical & Production, or Sales.
- Experience in a LEAN organization with knowledge of LEAN concepts and tools.
- Desirable to have SAP experience
- Clear concise communicator
